Katie was always there when we needed her. Every question we had she had the answers. What we saw as a flood she showed us was just a puddle. Thank you so much!

When we decided to down-size, we had a very particular, hard-to-find house in mind. Delora Credle took the challenge, along with all of our “must-have’s” as well as our “would like’s” and set to work to find our new home. She scoured the MLS, showed all homes that met our requirements, and remained continually available to answer our questions and needs. Once we found our home, she aptly negotiated the contract and handled all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Whether we needed someone to coordinate a water test or refer a reputable repairman, Delora Credle came through for us again and again. Buying a house is hard work, but Delora Credle really worked for us! We highly recommend her!
