Yadira and Josh provided excellent, superior service from the moment our property was listed to the day of the closing. We interviewed 6 realtors and both, Yadira and Josh, were, by far, the best prepared for a market analysis. They answered our calls/e mails immediately, facilitated several licensed handymen for house repairs, informed us on ways to dispose of our furniture, and were very knowledgable in all aspects of selling our property. They are truly wonderful realtors and, in great part, the sale of our house was so successful (in amount of time and sale price) due to their marketing strategies. They will continue to succeed as realtors because of their serious commitment and determination to serve. We were very fortunate find them through our Ventura Neighborhood magazine!

Lida is a very hardworking, motivated relator. From the beginning to the end of the selling process we definitely had some challenges but she went above expected and did whatever she could to make sure my husband and I were getting a good, fair price when selling our house. She treated us like she’s known us forever and we were in great hands with her. Excellent communication and follow through. I would totally recommend her out of all the realtors out there.

I have worked with Marcia twice now, once in purchasing a home and also to sell a home. On both occasions she was an absolute joy to work with. She is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond in every situation to make sure we got the best deal and that it worked with my family. I felt that our needs were a priority and we were very satisfied in challenging markets. I would highly recommend her services.
