She advised us on the comps and took a lead role in suggesting low cost updates we could make to maximize the sales price of our home. However, what sets her apart is her strategic approach to developing a list price, staging the home and negotiating a deal. She understands the psychology of a buyer and used that to our advantage to set a more than 10-year high in the neighborhood! But that's not all... Marcia was so engaged, so professional, yet so accessible we felt like she was selling her own home and that she actually cared about every detail as much as we did. She reviewed the offers, advised us on the true meaning of the contract language and we were able to quickly reach a direction and move forward. Marcia was a fabulous realtor for us! We moved from out-of-state to the Winter Garden area during Covid-19 and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a specific type of floorplan and Marcia found just the house! She made the moving process SO MUCH EASIER and we really would have lost our minds without her. Marcia is hands-down the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She did an excellent job listening to us about what we were looking for and finding us houses that met our criteria. She was extremely patient and focused on helping us find the right house, instead of rushing us through the process. Her clients are lucky to have her and should we ever be in the market for another house in the future, there is no doubt Marcia will be our first and only call!
