Searching for a good real estate agent was not an easy task at all. Especially one that was not pushy, listened and respected my decisions, has good communication, and that did not hide anything. While in the search, all I found were agents with robotic and "fake" personalities. But out of nowhere came Keliann! She was able to not only communicate what her services entailed, but more importantly she was able to back it up with numbers and pages of documentation. This was my wife's and I first time selling and we had no clue what we were getting ourselves into but with Keliann's experience and knowledge, the process was smooth, easy, and super fast. She hired a professional photographer and placed our house on the market within a few days of deciding to sell.
