I highly recommend Julio. We started working with Julio from out of state at the beginning of 2021. Without knowing each other, he started working with us from out of the state. He informed me and educated me on all HOA, CDD and house tax issues. He was really very patient with us, he sent me photos and we did FaceTime to see the houses from a distance. I recommend him, he has experience and is an excellent human being. Thank you Julio for your time and your service. I wish you much success. God bless you! Comenzamos a trabajar con Julio desde Pennsylvania a principio del año 2021. Sin conocernos el comenzo a trabajar desde lejos con nosotros. me informó y ke educo en todos los temas HOA, CDD y taxes de la casas. Working with Ashley was nothing short of amazing. She is truly an amazing realtor. She made my husband and l feel like her number 1 priority throughout the entire process. She brought us comfort and understanding in our home buying process. She puts her heart into her work and it shows. She made this very exciting however, scary process feel so much better by being there to explain any questions, provide us with information and just being available. We love our realtor and would recommend her to anyone for loooking to buy or sell.
