When I asked Guy to be my realtor and lets start looking for a home in several areas, he was very quick to take me to show 3 houses in one area, but we went to the fourth one in the Winter Park area, it was perfect! He told exactly what condition each was in, what needed to be done and what price it was worth. After the sale I needed to sell my old place and completed all that in one day. I would recommend Guy Burkholder to be your Realtor!

It was such a privileged having you as our realtor, you went above and beyond, no matter all our requests. We had such a wonderful experience, you made our process feel so seamless and had so much patience with us. You were there through every step of the process, was available to us 24/7 with any of our question or concerns. Thank you much for being there for us and going above and beyond. You found us our perfect home and when it was go time, it went fast and even when we were stressed you were there to make everything better. We are so blessed and thankful. Thank you Nelson Ben Valdez
