I was in Puerto Rico during the construction. Tanya will go to the site and take pictures of every stage of the construction. She would be present in every inspection and re inspection making sure every discrepancy is fixed Tanya's knowledge on the subject and the market was key on my decision making Tanya worked with the seller to bring my deposit down She would kindly answer my calls even on weekends and after hours. 5 Stars

A testament to his knowledge and ability to work with everyone in the selling process. We actually questioned why the buyer's agent was earning more commission than he was, and he once again provided many facts supporting that the buyer's agent had done a great job and provided us with an outstanding offer.
