I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20. HIGHLY Recommended!

Richard came recommended by another agent who had a scheduling conflict, and I’m so glad he was. From day one he was reliable and proactive—quick on responses and showings, clear in communication, and meticulous in safeguarding every step of the closing. His strategy saved me real money. I was ready to bid higher, but Richard advised an initial offer based on his read of the seller and market; the seller accepted immediately. It’s rare to see a buyer’s agent advocate for offering less when it’s in the client’s best interest. Beyond the deal-making, he was approachable and thoughtful: offered us rides when we flew in from out of state to close, used his connections to arrange help at a local bank, and kept supporting us even after closing. He also referred excellent mortgage and insurance contacts—both delivered great rates and service. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
