I am not generally a fan of Real Estate Agents as many are part timers who seem to have other things to do. However, Kristin has been exceptional in all aspects of buying and selling a total of 4 homes for us (2 buy, 2 sell). She is constantly in contact with us, was extremely responsive to our calls and took most of the hastles of real estate transactions away from us and onto her capable shoulders from search to iinspection to finance. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the houses that actually met our reuirements and taste without wasting our time. She was able to negotiate our multiple deals with the sellers and the buyers, keeping us up to date every step of the way through closing. Frankly, she changed my perception of the profession in a positive way. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSACTIONS.

I had a great experience working with Alondra. She made sure that I was always represented when meeting with the builder. She negotiated closing assistance so that I got $4k more than they usually offered. She made sure that after my inspection, the builder went back and addressed my concerns. I've already recommended her to two friends that are looking to buy.
