If you are looking for a realtor that will treat you like family. Look no further. When we started our journey to find our next home, we were unprepared for the ups and downs that the process can go through. Luckily our agents were 3 steps ahead of any situation. From their expertise in finding us the right area and giving us home options that gave us features and benefits we had not even thought of, to being a reassuring friend when we hit the normal bumps along the way. I’m so grateful for their kind and patient spirit, for the cookies and the apples and for the attention to detail right down to helping us find the water and electric company I would need. Time and time again, I was both surprised and throughly impressed by the experience they provided. I will never buy or sell a home with any other agent.

David was able to sell our home in a difficult market for top dollar in a very reasonable amount of time. He constantly kept me informed of showings and open houses. He responded promptly to texts and calls. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again

We have known Pete for more than 14 years and he has become more of a friend than our Realtor. He helped purchase one of our first properties in Davenport, Florida. He was also the Managing Agent for our two properties for all that time. He dealt with every property issue promptly in a relaxed and professional manner (and he always saw the funny side too) which made this stress-free living so far away in the UK. He always gave great advise and was very accountable, we trusted him 100%. And when we decided to sell our two properties, he found both buyers super quick, couldn't believe it, he had great market knowledge and good communication skills. He made the selling process a breeze from beginning to end, we can't thank him enough. We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Si, muy servicial y responsable con cada persona.
