Jackie was extremely patient and understanding as I explained all my wants in my first home purchase. She helped me to realize what was most important like price and location over things that can be changed eventually like paint color or cabinets. I thought she would want to fire me with all the different cities I looked into around the Orlando area or when I was so set on one particular model and then called her that I found another I liked better. She made herself available to answer my many many questions through the home buying process. It’s difficult moving to a new area that you know nothing about. Jackie made time for me when I was available to come from south Florida and made me feel like a priority to her. When the builder was finally ready to close I came into town and she was here for my final walk through and spent the entire day with me because the builder didn't have my closing until after 11pm that night, we walked out of the finance office after midnight. Jackie was truly amazing and even told me if I had questions once I moved to not hesitate reaching out to her. I would recommend Jackie to any friend or family looking to buy or sell in the area!
