The marketing was top notch and our 1928 Bungalow was under contract in 5 days with a backup contract. One of things we liked is that Kirsti was at every showing since we were still living there. She was also there for the inspection and appraisal making sure everything went well. We had daily calls or group texts with updates, which gave us confidence in the process.
