At the risk of sounding dramatic, working with Ray changed my life. Not only was the process of working with him (as opposed to other realtors I have worked with in the past) incredible in comparison, but his network, professionalism, business acumen, persistence, and all around positive attitude was something I have not found in many other industries, much less realtors. In short I was pressed for time and looking for a quick home to rent when I reached out to Ray for his help. He listened to me, assessed my situation, and set realistic expectations for me and my family (wife and 2 kids) and we decided instead to try and buy instead. This was a smooth transaction, I called to see the property and was able to see it same day, wrote the contract that evening and it was finalized the next day. All I had to fo from there was follow the prompts I received via email and settlement was easy and timely. Very personable and I will recommend her to friends and family.
