We met Shane while looking to buy a home for my dad. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy at and he offered to put me on his home list just in case another property came available. After working with Shane for about a few days on the house search for dad, we decided to use him to buy a house for us. He was very attentive to our needs and want. He listened to what we had to say and gave us pointers about what to look for in the areas we were searching. He went with us across Florida in search of our Forever Home. There were so many obstacles thrown into our house hunting plans especially during a pandemic, but he was always willing to help and understanding to our concerns. If you are looking for a realtor that will listen to YOUR needs and wants about your first, second, or FOREVER home then Shane is your guy. We will continue to recommend and use Shane for future home purchase. Thank you Shane for all your hard work and patience with us.
