The best part was this contract actually led to the sell of our home..after 13 months. Danny led us through the process by using group texts with the different parties involved such as lenders and title company. He is extremely enthusiastic and is convinced he will sell your home. After the sale of your home , he still feels like your friend. He has an amazing personality and I would love to say more but the space is limited. I can recommend him 1000 percent.
