Tiffany sold our home recently and it went extremely well. Yes, it sold fast, very fast, but it was more than that, that sparked this review! Realtors can't snap their fingers and the perfect buyer appears. It involves some good timing to match a home with a buyer/family. We were blessed on that one! Her five star status, in my mind, started long before the "listing day"!We interviewed three realtors to sell our house and they all seemed competent, but Tiffany stood out! She has this confident, yet calmness, about her. With this huge move, due to a job, I really needed that! My husband and I wanted someone that was motivated, of course, but also professional, had morals and paid attention to details. We received ALL of that with Tiffany!As soon as we signed on with her, she got the ball rolling. She gave us great guidance along the way, was always available to answer our questions or concerns and handled our closing, seamlessly!I don't think it could have gone any smoother, to be honest! If I had any reservations in the beginning, it was that we did not live in Celebration, where her office resides. This had NO impact, as we witnessed her efforts and research to get the details/comps in OUR area correct. She truly goes above and beyond.I highly recommend Tiffany as a realtor and ALL her other great qualities, come as a perk:)

Great, not only was she very efficient in her work, but went beyond to help us in matters not part of her work scope. Closing was done remotely, as we were traveling and was so helpful in coordinating all that was required.

Kim was very communicative and responsive to our questions. Brought up things we didn’t even know to ask. Answered questions at any time of day or night- we were looking from out of state and in a different time zone. Brought up things when we would ask about a home like if it was in a flood zone, etc. would definitely recommend working with Kim Hogan.

Way back in 2009 my sister and I decided to buy a house together. My sister found Kim and she helped us buy a house together. Fast forward to 2017, I was ready to buy a house on my own and the first person I reached out to was Kim. Fast forward again to 2025, I was ready to sell the house Kim helped me buy in 2017 and purchase my forever home with my child and fiancee. Kim was there for me again. I never thought that this would turn into a 15+ year relationship. Over the years Kim has sent updates about the housing market, holiday party invites and other special events for her clients. She has absolutely turned into a friend and I am so thankful for the guidance she's provided four times now. She has been there for me in my early 20's with no idea how the home buying process works to current day with a child and significant other buying our forever home. She really has watched me grow up! I've worked with her both as a seller and a buyer and she has been fair, professional and knowledgeable. Kim is honestly one of the kindest people I have met since moving down to Orlando. Kim sold my daughter’s house about a year ago with no problem whatsoever. My daughter said I’ll give her a call for you. Kim was available to me anytime I needed her, always wanting to help me get through this any way possible. She is a delight to work with and very savvy. She supported me through every step of the sale and showed me how to make little things work to help sell my home. She is a very busy person but always made time for me. Kim & her assistant made showing the home so easy, from pictures to videos on all the Real Estate sights in Central Florida. I can’t say enough about her easy going nature and her friendship with me and my family. She is the coolest person to work with, always on her game & pushed for everything I needed to help close the sale !!!
