I hired Tom to handle selling multiple homes in Sanford and this particular home was the most challenging. I renovated this home to look beautiful however it was going to cost far more than it was worth to correctly renovate the trusses underneath the roof. He still found a buyer who put it under contract at a great price. Despite several kickbacks from inspections, the biggest holdup was that the roof permit had not been closed out when replaced 2 years prior. We closed anyway on condition I get my roofer to correct that situation and Tom continued to assist with that process AFTER the sale.
