First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Tony because I took this agent through some changes lol but he stood beside me through the whole process by not giving up on me and always being honest with me. The one particular thing I liked about Mr. Tony was the knowledge he gave me for my first time purchase of a home that will stick with me now and in the future. Rosania did a wonderful job managing the sale of my property. As soon as it was listed, views began flooding in. And, within just a few days we received a list price offer. The property was a rental and had a disagreeable tenant at the end of her lease right around the time we put it on the market.
