From beginning to end, Buffy did SO MUCH above and beyond so that we could move into the house with repairs made and satisfactory. She gets top marks for effort, tenacity, and curiosity, as well as empathy and genuinely listening to what we liked, needed, and cared about in a home. The service she provided was both personal and personable. You will not find this kind of real estate agent every time you house hunt, so if you are looking in the Orlando area (even as an out of state buyer who won't see your house until you close!), Buffy is too good to pass up.
