He is attentive, responsive and resourceful. All the unexpected issues during the process were solved with his help. I highly recommend him!

Kim is honestly one of the kindest people I have met since moving down to Orlando. Kim sold my daughter’s house about a year ago with no problem whatsoever. My daughter said I’ll give her a call for you. Kim was available to me anytime I needed her, always wanting to help me get through this any way possible. She is a delight to work with and very savvy.
