I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game. Constantly putting up with my phone calls and texts messages. She guided us through every situation that came about. Once again like the sale of our rental two years ago we got over asking price! Kim takes the time to listen to what you want and show you houses throughout the week that meet the guidelines you set or houses you asked to see. She has fully has your back and will let you know if a house is over priced. She has renovation experience and will let you know what she would do in your shoes if a house may be a fixer upper.
