Ronald Smith of Keller Williams did an outstanding job as our listing agent for the sale of our home in Englewood, Florida. From start to finish Ron nailed every aspect of the home selling process for us. He provided expert advice and guidance regarding the current housing market and correct pricing of our home in accordance with market conditions. Ron also handled our property photography, aerial drone footage and a highly professional digital mapping of our house. The results were truly stunning! We received numerous positive comments on our house from prospective buyers. He also expertly managed over 30 showings of our home over a three-day period which resulted in more than ten offers! We received several offers that were well over our asking price. Our house sold in just three days due to the hard work and dedication of Ron Smith. It was indeed a joy to work with Ron. He continuously kept us informed and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Ron has the experience and knowledge to lead anyone through the selling and buying process. I can easily and confidently provide my highest possible recommendation for Ronald Smith to anyone out there looking for a no hassle approach and “easy-to-work-with” style of real estate agent. We could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Ron and a job well done! Bravo Zulu! Warmest Regards, Steve & Mina Sumner

Working with Chris and his wife, Christine, who is an integral part of the team, was an absolute pleasure. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to support them throughout the entire process. After renting in The Villages for a few months, we decided to look for a home of our own and began working with Chris. He showed us a number of properties and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one, paying close attention to the details. Ultimately, however, none of the homes met all of our requirements, so we returned home to New York, planning to rent again and continue our search. Then, this summer, a home came on the market that appeared to meet virtually everything on our wish list. Within hours, Chris had arranged for a friend of ours to tour the house with him. He gave us his detailed assessment, and by the next morning, we had submitted an offer. Chris went far above and beyond to help us reach an agreement with the owners, including making the purchase contingent on our own visual inspection. He knew we would love the house once we saw it—and he was 100% right! We are extremely grateful to Chris for helping us get the deal done. Christine was equally impressive. She uncovered details about the property that had even been overlooked by the listing agent, making the purchase even more attractive to us. Chris and Christine are an exceptional team. They are knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to doing what is best for their clients. We give them our highest possible recommendation and would not hesitate to work with them again. Prof. Emeritus Arnold K. Pizer Department of Mathematics University of Rochester Rochester, NY 14627
