Abe was great at communicating he would always ask if the house could be showed and let us know if times changed. He negotiated after the inspection was completed and the final sale price. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling and then buying.

Abe helped us buy our home in 2015, and sell in 2026. He priced our home well, advertised it extensively, physically helped us with home prep, suggested skilled workers to assist with repairs, and negotiated on our behalf at various stages of the process. We sold our home within a month of listing it at the price we expected. If we could use his services to buy our next home, we definitely would.
