Michelle was not only my realtor, twice, but has become my friend. Two years ago she assisted us with the purchase of what we thought was our "forever" home. Turned out that even though we are a party of two with my husband's health issues, it just didn't work. I called her and surprised her with my request to start looking for a larger home with access for walker and wheelchair. The one she found for us has been and answered prayer. The home had sat for a year or so and there was all kinds of paperwork, HOA rules and requests made by the Veteran's Administration and the loan company. Especially since we were purchasing homes as soon as two years, which had to be explained. She answered all requests made of her and assisted me with things I had no idea about. Her knowledge, professionalism and perseverance paid off more than I can explain, especially during the pandemic. She went far more than that extra mile to not only sell our existing home, but to make the transition in the purchase and move to our new home very smooth. I can't thank her enough and would and will recommend her to anyone I find out wants to locate.
