We have been looking for our first home in Florida for 3 years when we found the house in Sanford. We called her and explained what we like about the house and she took it from there. Experience with Chelby was unique and seamless. She is diligent, caring and she truly understood what my wife needed and made the process extremely easy. We are thankful that she work with us and we know we can count on her and her expertise anytime.

Daulis is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in her profession. She pays close attention to every detail and ensures you understand every step of the process. We were grateful for her understanding of the market and the industry that proved to be very helpful during our buying process. Her commitment and work ethic also show her personal determination to get you the best deal possible. I? highly recommend working with her if you want an experienced professional that has the hard and soft skills needed to achieve your real estate goals.

Patrick was a HUGE help in upgrading our home, and went above and beyond in representing our home to prospective buyers.
