We have been looking for our first home in Florida for 3 years when we found the house in Sanford. We called her and explained what we like about the house and she took it from there. Shelby had not only been my realtor but a friend who helped me understand & was a go between myself & everyone concerned in my purchasing my house in helping me to understand all legal documents & any activities of paperwork & communication that was needed.
