We listed to get professional help. An offer came during the listing for the price we wanted to sell ideally, net. We feel no heart felt arrangement was involved with the third party. Fortunately the property neighbor was interested and offered $8500 less than the figure we were aspiring for. We settled with some disappointment. Then we asked the agent for a paper copy of the deed when made official. No deed came. We had to reach out to the title officer to please furnish as a copy which she gladly obliged. Perhaps 3-star should be the case, but 4-star is good, a point for his upbeat demeanor.
