Megan Jones is a Top Producing Realtor..for real. She listens. She understands. And she kept me updated all thru each steps. From beginning to end. She is dedicated to her work. If I had any questions, she would respond back within reasonable time. I am grateful for her help. She put house on market February 2023..by end of March 2023..had closing. If you want a realtor that makes things happen..I recommend Megan Jones. She knows people..who knows people!. He walked us through the very difficult process of purchasing our first home in a very competitive market. He was responsive to every question and above all else has a skill that most lack nowadays..listening. He listened to our needs and our must haves for our children. There was never a moment of “well I know it’s not everything but let me show you this” he is a constant communicator ensuring we were comfortable with with the properties and offers. A good realtor knows how to pick you up after the disappointment of an unaccepted offer - Michael handled that like a pro each time . In this market, we felt the competition but always felt like we being competitive with our offers and guidance from Michael, we were able to close on a house after a few short months while others have been looking for much much longer.
