She took the time to break down each sections of the things that I didn’t understand and made sure I was comfortable when purchasing Nivia wasn’t just my realtor she was a superhero I don’t think I could’ve done it without her guidance, patience, and knowledge. 5 stars across the board

Kathy was very responsive and made me feel like she was in my corner the whole time. I would joke that she was part therapist during some of the negotiations and paper work. I highly recommend Kathy!
