Bonnie and I have had four real estate exposures and all four ended up in a sale. In this last case the sale took just 10 days. In this economy and climate for land sales, that was more than I ever expected. I thought at lest it would take 4 months. I was surprised to say the least. Kim takes the time to listen to what you want and show you houses throughout the week that meet the guidelines you set or houses you asked to see. She has fully has your back and will let you know if a house is over priced. She has renovation experience and will let you know what she would do in your shoes if a house may be a fixer upper.
