I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. I had been looking for a while on my own and also using another realtor but had not been able to find my dream home. Mark asked if he could work with me to find the right house. Actually I thought it would be business as usual with list of homes that did not meet the specifications I had provided. I knew I was asking for a lot while insisting that I did not want to be house poor. To my surprise the list I received from Mark did a really good job or matching the criteria I had provided. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me. If you are looking for a realtor that knows his stuff and takes pleasure in finding a house that will make you smile, this is your guy. He is the best.

Kelly is top notch!!! We couldn't have made a better choice. Kelly kept us informed every step of the way and her team was constantly in contact with us. When we had questions, they were answered quickly and precisely!! The sale felt more like team work between all of us, and not just a transaction that had to be done. We are out of Country and was not able to even be there and she took care of EVERYTHING!!!!!! We simply could not have done this without her!!! If we could give more than a 5 star we would!! I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances. I will be recommending Stephen to any friends and family, and will of course be working with him during future dealings.

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things!
