Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Lisa was very helpful with the whole buying process. From setting up viewings, to arranging inspections and even helping me get good house insurance. Her knowledge of the Polk county area and house buying process was top notch.

Overall good experience

Called Kimberly and explained we were ready to move and buy a home, but had a deadline for moving. With no hesitations, She quickly set everything up and took all considerations of what kind of house and area we were looking for as a family. Kimberly took the time to drive all around looking at houses on a weekend, answering any questions we had, helped us with being out of state with inspections, repair negotiations, paperwork and anything else that popped up during the closing process! I definitely recommend Kimberly Fouts for any home buyer or seller!
