I have purchased and sold many homes in my life. But none quite as s Uncomplicated as this one. Satisfying both the sellers and buyers in this business transaction can be difficult. But ours was very smooth and simple. N0 complications between the two parties was experienced from sellers perspective. Diane came in directed sellers in home prep, provided resources for all minor repairs and names of moving companies to help us get up and out in a timely manner. I could see she was also trying to keep everyone happy. She is orderly and quite pleasant about getting things done. Do I like her and the way she does her professional job? We are truly glad we had Marsha on our team. She did the research necessary to list our house at the right price. We questioned how high the price was but decided she knew better than us. In the end the house sold for more than the listed price. We really liked that she hired a professional photographer. The pictures showed our actual house, unlike some of the other houses we have seen for sale.

What we didn't have experience with was local Florida real estate market (we just moved from Arizona), locations, school districts, or contract laws here in Florida. We were able to put in a lower than ask offer the next home we wanted to purchase, and she guided us on how to put in our offer with the most impact to get the seller's attention. After a small counter, we were pleased that the seller chose our offer! We closed on our home here in Florida, and we could not be more excited. Through the whole process, Patti and Andrew were both just wonderful people to work with, highly professional, responsive, and got us exactly the results we were looking for. We asked so many questions, and every time they made us feel like we were being given the best, most thoughtful advice for our situation and family needs. They made us feel like we were always a priority! I cannot recommend Patti and her team enough, and we will definitely be calling them the next time we are in the market again!

Absolutely the best home selling experience. Dawn's leadership throughout the listing and sale of our home was exemplary and very much appreciated. From providing constantly up-to-date comparable sales details, to shepherding the various parties through the offer/acceptance/inspection/closing processes, Dawn was always on top of things, professional, positive and responsive.
