From the very first conversation, we knew we had found someone special. Buying a home is stressful enough, but trying to do it while moving halfway across the country felt almost impossible. Somehow, Beverly made the entire experience feel manageable, and even exciting. She went above and beyond every single step of the way. Cleared her schedule to show many homes in a day. (It felt like 20!) She was always honest, patient, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. We never felt pressured into making a decision, and she took the time to answer every question, calm every worry, and make sure we felt confident throughout the entire process. Because we were so far away, she did everything she could to make the move as stress-free as possible. She kept us updated constantly, scheduled FaceTime calls around our availability, walked us through homes as if we were standing right beside her, and handled countless details that most realtors would never think twice about. Her communication was incredible, and we always knew exactly what was happening weather it was a call, text or picture updates. (We chose new construction) Most importantly, she helped us find our perfect home. (After I changed my mind on a final walkthrough) Not just a house, but the place where we can truly start our next chapter. She listened to what we wanted, understood what was important to us, and never gave up until we found the one. What started as a professional relationship quickly turned into a genuine friendship. Her kindness, compassion, and authenticity are rare, and we are so grateful that this journey brought her into our lives. We didn’t just gain an exceptional realtor—we gained a lifelong friend. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, and truly cares about her clients, look no further. We cannot recommend Beverly highly enough and will forever be thankful for everything she did to help make our dream of finding the perfect home a reality.
