Excellent and beyond!

In all regards Mindy exceeded expectations and managed a stressful time with good humor and finesse. Her communication was always and consistently clear, supportive and prompt. I always trusted her deep market knowledge and long-time familiarity with the area and the process. That allowed me to get through the ‘ups and downs’ of my listing and sale with logic and calmness. In marketing the property, Mindy went far beyond what I have experienced before; she was creative and followed through with many options to give my condo maximum market visibility (including publications, social media, contractors to improve appearance). In addition to what she has to offer professionally, Mindy is a lovely person. Based on all my previous experiences with realtors, I can confidently say that I would not have had the terrific selling experience without her.
