Dee was amazing! We lived in Ohio and we were moving to Florida in a very short time frame. We created a list of homes we wanted to see and emailed it to her before we arrived. Every home she selected was a definite contender. As we narrowed them down and created our pros and cons list, she was always available for any questions/concerns we had. We made an offer on the third day of visiting and Dee was able to negotiate everything we wanted and more.
