From one realtor to another, Denise was exceptional to work with, in answering questions, assisting with documents interacting when necessary from the time of listing to closing and beyond. It was great to work with somebody that knew what they were doing throughout the time we worked together. I would definitely recommend her highly to anyone that wants to buy or sell home.

Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! Debbie navigated multiple roadblocks and poor communication from Estate and seller's agent. She stayed in communication with me as she worked to address seller's delays and their poor communication (with her, their agent, and each other). She calmly explained options each time seller created confusion or delay. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and kindness from the moment I met her.

Kristina was very helpful and made sure all of my questions were taken care of so it was one less thing to worry about.
