Betina was so amazing in helping my family through our first experience buying a home. She is very responsive and was always quick to help find answers to our questions. She gave honest feedback about the houses we were seeing and helped us secure our first home purchase. When the seller of the house we bought wasn’t wanting to fix something so the sell could go through, Betina fixed the issue herself. She said she didn’t want something so small to stop us from getting our home. That blew me away! Shes amazing, and I will be keeping her contact in my phone for any future endeavors we may need her for.

I met Kevin, when he was helping my neighbor sell her house after her husband passed away. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the values in the area. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in making sure she had all the correct paperwork. He handled all the transactions in an extremely professional manner. When it came time to sell our house, he handled our sale in the same professional manner. His attention to detail was very impressive. He also handled the sale of the new house we bought, in the same manner. I highly recommend Kevin .
