I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, about anyone, but I want to give a special recommendation to Ms. Danaisy Woods (my favorite realtor) and also share this with everyone who is currently thinking about embarking on the difficult and tedious process of buying their future home. Thank God we were lucky enough to find her because she was our guardian angel throughout the entire process, and I confess I didn't make it easy for her because I'm a bit stubborn and distrustful. If you want to make this process easier, without pressure or negative attitudes due to your insecurity when making decisions, Danaisy is the right person to guide and advise you on what is best and most convenient for you, according to your budget and needs. Her high level of professionalism, competence, extreme patience, and her very human nature, along with her excellent values, mean she puts your interests and satisfaction even above her own. You won't find that anywhere else. Out there, everyone just wants your money, and after the closing, they don't care if you have to sell the house because you can't afford it due to not receiving the right advice. Trust in her abilities, and you will gain a friend for life. I'll leave it at that.

It was our first time buying a home and Kim was incredible during the whole process. We searched on and off for several years, Kim was a great resource and worked quickly to get us in to see prospective homes. Stephen was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable first, but also always highly responsive. We wanted to move quickly and he was Johnny on the spot supplying targeted homes, then setting up walk through, then delivering needed documents such as HOA docs, floor plans, etc. Then he made the closing a very smooth and enjoyable process.
