Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

From the very beginning Randa has gone and beyond anything I could hope for as my agent. Her knowledge and professionalism has surpassed any other agent I have had in the past. She has made amazing things happen in a difficult closing for me and I will be forever grateful in making my transaction happen. Always kept in touch to see if I needed any assistance . Answered all my questions so I could make informed decisions in regards to quick cash sale or market for sale. No delays in the process. Got me paperwork quickly when I needed things. Even call the city when there were permit issues. My home sold for cash the day it went on the market for a little more than the asking price!
