I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years. We talked and it went straight to dinner that same week. She wanted to see who she was going to do business with. I felt cared about and respected the entire time about my vision to what I wanted. Before the food even came, I had signed the paperwork to have her as my full time agent. Anything and everything that came up with a MULTITUDE of reading, she would explain it to me as if I were 5 cause I would easily get a headache even trying. She did great letting me know exactly what I was getting into and I never had to second think anything. She was with me every single step of the way. If I needed help with something she was a call away. She fought for me to have the best deal and taught me things I didn't even know about when it came to the back and forth on pricing negotiation. We closed within 30 days and everything felt so easy with her. I was taken care of and I 100% will be going with her again for my next house that I get in the future. Even after the sale I plan to keep her in my life, she is highly knowledgeable and has connections to other people that will help me with future projects I may have for my house. I couldn't recommend her enough, I will be telling everyone about her.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Debbie navigated multiple roadblocks and poor communication from Estate and seller's agent. She stayed in communication with me as she worked to address seller's delays and their poor communication (with her, their agent, and each other). She calmly explained options each time seller created confusion or delay. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and kindness from the moment I met her.
