Arron was pleasant, personable and responsive to our needs. Given that Aaron is a lifelong resident of the area, he is very knowledgeable about properties in Hernando county. Aaron kept us regularly updated about properties coming on the market. I was particularly impressed with his presentation in a cover letter he composed outlining our requests of the sellar as we negotiated needed repairs and a new price point for our dream home. Aaron connected us with a knowledgeable inspector as well as local contractors for repair estimates that were essential to our contract negotiations.
