Since the home was already made, we were able to walk through and immediately see the solid, quality construction for ourselves. The pricing was very fair and straightforward for such a well-built home. Even though it was already completed, Aldana was highly proactive; they made sure to touch up every single item on our walkthrough list right before closing, and we haven't had a single issue since we moved in. ​What stood out just as much as the house was their professionalism. They were incredibly welcoming and receptive to us bringing in our own financing company, as well as our own realtor, Cindy Burkhardt. Cindy and the Aldana team collaborated seamlessly to ensure a smooth, stress-free, and on-time closing. If you are looking for a beautiful, reliable, move-in ready home, I highly recommend them!

We connected with Claire and immediately felt she was the right person to help us find our new home. She worked with us over some months and to be honest I thought she would give up on us as all the homes she showed us were close to what we were looking for but none hit the mark. Sarah was amazing to work with. My family and I started this journey a long time ago and had almost lost hope of finding our home.
