Jennifer began helping us even before we arrived at The Villages in Florida. She went out to a couple of the homes we were interested in and did video walkthroughs for us. She is very knowledgeable of the area which was a big plus. If you are looking to move to The Villages here in Florida I recommend getting in touch with Jennifer.

Sharon has many great qualities as a real estate agent. For me she closed the deal with me being back home in Canada. Dealing with FIRPTA and several improvements that house inspector recommended, I cannot thank her enough. I got a fair price and recommend her highly. I think and hope the buyer is happy too.

Buying a home is a stressful experience since there are so many people involved that you cannot control. Desiree was there at each home I viewed and gave honest useable info so I could make an educated decision. She’s researched independently and asked the right questions… She was amazing and I have referred her to anyone that may need a home.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. She helped us navigate through some unforeseen issues and got us closed within our timeframe.
