As a first time home buyer I wasn't exactly sure what sort of hot mess I was getting into-- particularly given the fact that I am still currently located on the opposite coast. Despite the somewhat convoluted process home buying can be, Lucinda made everything run as smoothly as possible. She not only organized the myriad assortment of inspections, appraisals, and general chaos, but she went above and beyond to be communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering my 47 million questions. As with buying any home (or so I am told), there were some snafus and odd things that came up. Each time Lucinda stepped in and took care of it. I felt like she 100% listened to what my needs were, what I could afford, and made every effort to make it happen. I never felt like I received anything less than 110% customer service even though I was not buying an uber expensive property. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking in the area, especially if they're considering horse property.

I would recommend her to all friends and family, at times when I didn’t know what to do next she already had it planned out and told me what to expect and handled everything from the last day of closing.
