Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

We had good experience! Took time at beginning to explain the process. Response time was great!!

We enjoyed working with Stephen and the Flat Fee Team. Very responsive and helpful with the hard questions.

Deena was always professional, familiar with the area, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We told Deena that we were buying a house, sight unseen, and were counting on her to represent us through the offer, negotiations, acceptance, inspection, repair, HOA, and closing process. Deena agreed to work with us and we can say without a doubt, that it took all of her experience and enthusiasm to make it work. She handled issues with repairs needed in the house and provided a flooring guy who did excellent work and was very timely. Deena worked closely with the local HOA people and made it easier to move forward, She reviewed our closing papers and was able to manage a closing cost change that was definitely in our favor! We can say, without a doubt that Deena's performance was a 10 out of 10!

Good communication and knowledge. Willing to go above and beyond.
