Thanks to Luke Lippert many buyers looked at my home and made offers. Within 2 weeks I signed a contract with the highest and best offer. I could not have accomplished this without the help of Luke Lippert. He is the guy to call if you want buy or sell your property.

It was a pleasure working with Sandy. She took care of everything for me and asked all the right questions. I am so glad I got to work with her as she was very thorough. I am very pleased and happy with my purchase!

After Karen sold our first home in 9 days for over asking price, we found a fixer upper we fell in love with but so many were turned away from the house because of the condition and red tape. The previous owner had unpaid HOA dues and mortgage payments so the house had liens, probate, and banks were beginning to forclose. Even with a dishonest and lazy agent for the deceased owner, Karen was able to rise above these difficult challenges and get us this great property. Any other realtor would not have bothered! Highly recommend Karen!
