Sandy Chouhan is a Florida based REALTOR®, who has been actively buying and selling homes since 2018. Sandy sells residential and commercial properties in South Tampa, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Westchase, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding areas. On the residential side, Sandy specializes in helping first time home buyers achieve home ownership, negotiating great deals on new construction homes, and saving sellers in pre-foreclosure. As a successful business owner who is managing her own businesses, Sandy understands the needs of her commercial clients. Pleasure Working with Sandy Chouhan

It was a real pleasure working with Sandy. We weren't sure whether we really wanted to sell our house but we had seen that the market was trending as seller’s market with multiple offers. We met with Sandy and explained our reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased our decision making process. She arranged a professional photographer out of the box for our house and within less than a week, we had started getting offers way over our asking price. And then suddenly the market trend began to shift towards buyers market. This swing in market was a big setback and left us indecisive… Sandy truly understood with us through all the ups and downs of the market answering all queries. She still got us the best deals even with market trends shifting. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process.
