Our interaction with Leah was outstanding from the very beginning. She made time to show us properties on short notice, came prepared with details and showed a lot of expertise and ideas on potential property improvements. We were really impressed with the follow through she showed, taking the initiative to prompt the title company when we weren't getting timely response and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure that we ended up with the property amidst strong competition. We have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the past 20 years and Leah has proven to be one of the very best.

Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts. I don't think anyone knows the real estate market in this area better than Carol. The home we purchased when we were selling this home needed some remodeling. Carol put us in contact with an excellent contractor that she has personally used herself.

Karen's market knowledge and ability to commincate points were important in my selection of her to represent me in the sale of my home. She guided me in learning to do the needed paperwork on my computer. She helped me clear out donations,(I'm 84) which was appreciated ! She always had answers for my questions. It amazed me how quickly she got things done and found a buyer who was willing and able to meet my expectations on price !
