I can’t really give you any specifics. I just know I’m 69 years old and I worked with the Public since I was 14 and you learned a lot just being around people in these people are professional/everyday people which is a perfect combination for any business. If I did have to call them for anything I got a call or a text back. Sometimes I didn’t need an answer right away, so I didn’t express that but if I did, I got an answer right away or was called right away. It was an easy transition all the way to the end. I appreciate their patience, which is what you have to have when I start asking questions and I appreciate that thank you.

Will went above and beyond to help us find our home! Moving from Minnesota to Florida was a complicated process, but Will was there every step of the way with reassurance, guidance, and support. From our very first phone call to signing the closing papers, he was attentive, proactive, supportive, and a great listener. He offered excellent professional advice, addressed all of our concerns, and always had answers to our questions. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a new home. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and dedication in helping us find the perfect home!

Will made the start of my home-buying journey feel effortless. The moment I found my dream home, he moved quickly to get my offer — with an escalation clause — in front of the seller, and helped negotiate a longer inspection period and loan approval window that gave me real breathing room on a 1961 home. He also surprised me with a home warranty as a closing gift, which was an incredibly generous and thoughtful touch. Will showed up for the moments that mattered — coordinating the final walkthrough and making sure I had my keys in hand when I needed them on a tight schedule. I'm genuinely grateful to Will for getting me into my first home, and I'd recommend him to anyone starting their search — especially if you need someone who can move fast on an offer.
